If your looking at buying a wormery for a christmas present for yourself, or as a present for someone else then please take a minute to read the following important information.

1) All our wormeries are in stock and we dispatch daily via Parcelforce 24 overnight service.

2) If you want a wormery sent for Christmas, we have added an option where you can select which week in December you would like your wormery delivered.

This option is available on each wormery product page in our shop
The dates are:-

 

• Now (we dispatch as usual)
• Week Commencing 13th December 2010 - Dispatch with Live worms
• Week Commencing 20th December 2010 - Dispatch with Live worms

If you want a specific date then please add it to the 'comments' box that will appear on the checkout page.

3) You have the option to purchase a worm voucher instead of worms, this means that the wormery can be set up as the recipients leisure.
Each voucher costs just £2 - this is to cover the extra postage costs of sending the worms out.
These wormeries will be dispatched straight away, or on a date that you specify.
When the recipient is ready to set up their wormery they can then return the voucher to us by post or redeem it online. We will send the worms out via 1st class post.

To get your voucher simply select YES from the drop down box that appears at the bottom of each product page

4) If you or the recipient are not entirely happy with your wormery we operate a ''30 DAY NO QUIBBLE FREE RETURN'

Simply contact us on 08000 141598, giving us a date and address when we can collect the wormery.

On receipt we will then issue a FULL refund. (NB This offer is available to the end of January 2011)

5) We are often asked about the packaging that our wormeries are sent in

• Our Executive wormeries are not sent in any packaging.
• Our Wormcity Wormeries are sent in a plain box (approx 18 inches square)
• Our Ecowormeries are sent in a plain box. (approx 18 inches square)
• Our Children's Wormeries are sent in a plain box. (approx 14 inches square)

Please be aware that our wormeries will have a label on it with our return address, and possibly whats in the box.

6) Your email is very important. When we book your delivery in with our courier you will receive an email containing the tracking number. From this you can see when your goods are out for delivery.

7) We can instruct Parcelforce to -

• Deliver to your works address (Please enter the different address on the checkout page)
• Leave with a neighbour (please request that we do this in the 'comments box' on the checkout page)
• Deliver to your local post office (please request that we do this in the 'comments box' on the checkout page)
• Leave without signature. (please request that we do this in the 'comments box' on the checkout page)

NB we are happy to instruct our couriers to leave your parcel in a safe spot on your premises. However please remember that this is at your own risk and Wormcity Ltd will not be held responsible for any missing packages
